Regrettably, for security reasons, we cannot deliver to PO Box numbers.
Availability and Prices
We always try to make sure that the prices on Panel Duvets are correct but errors may occur. In the event of an error in pricing your order we will inform you as soon as possible and will give you the option of reconfirming the order at the correct price or cancelling it. If you choose to cancel the order we will refund you in full.
The items offered on this web site are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. We reserve the right to refuse to accept an order request in whole or in part. Should the item(s) you order not be available we will use our reasonable endeavours to inform you at the time of order or before delivery at which time you will be given the opportunity to cancel the order.
Cancellations & Returns
If you find a fault with any of the products, please let us know and we will endeavour to sort the problem out to your satisfaction as swiftly as possible. Items must be returned in their original condition. Please call or email for a returns authorisation number code before returning any goods as this will help us refund you quickly.
You will be responsible for the returned products until they reach us. We cannot be held responsible for returned items lost in the post and we advise customers to send goods by recorded or special delivery. Once we have received the goods we will refund the purchaser's credit/debit card, excluding the cost of delivery.
If you return an item because of an error on our part, or if it is defective, we will refund the return postage to you.
